    Keynote speach by Peter Zettinig
Adjunct Professor at the University of Turku, Turku School of EconomicsProfessor Zettinig tells, that while he still is working on his Finnish language skills, he has attained a number of important other proficiencies that are helpful in the Turku habitat, for instance: being able to produce the most honest version of himself; remaining authentic and a proud Austrian in Finland; be quiet when appropriate.

”My story in 60 Seconds. I came here on the morning of September 1, 1995. I was an exchange student at the Turku School of Economics who wanted to pick an ‘exotic’ country, somehow survive the exchange year abroad, and then benefit from this very important line in my CV. This was the plan and I have still not returned from my student exchange year. Plans are useless – planning is not. So, my story continues after one year in FI, I got my first ‘career’ job in Uppsala, Sweden, as assistant to the managing director of an automotive systems supplier… the story is very good, … contains anecdotes about the crazy era at the onset of the Internet becoming a platform to develop business opportunities…  to be continued… in November. See you at the event.”

  • 6.30-7.30 pm   Food and drinks, trade show continues
