Find a quiet and cozy place at home, place your screen so it is convenient for you to see and hear!
You need a …
– Yoga mat
– Felt / pillow
– Yoga blocks (if you haven’t, you can use two thick books)

* FLOW – synchronizing of movement and breath, creating a movement meditation.

Flow Yoga is a modern expression of Hatha Yoga.
Under my instruction we maintain the body’s healthy alignment in asana but focus mainly on how an asana feels rather than how it looks. That is, we want to create a healthy relationship with the body-temple and enjoy the therapeutic properties of the movement.
