Flow Yoga is a modern expression of Hatha Yoga.
Under my instruction we maintain the body’s healthy alignment in asana but focus mainly on how an asana feels rather than how it looks. That is, we want to create a healthy relationship with the body-temple and enjoy the therapeutic properties of the movement.

All ÅAU Sports activities are inhibited as of Monday 16.3.2020 due to the corona virus

Due to the corona virus, the  University of Åbo Academy has now decided to suspend all activities within ÅAU Sports from Monday 16.3.

The staff of the University of Åbo Academy have been asked to work remotely, if possible. So the office is unmanned as of March 16, 2020. If you have any questions – get in touch! You can reach me on 06-324 71 61 or astenkul@abo.fi

Wasa Sports Club continues as usually until stricter restrictions come from government teams. However, classes may be inhibited. Therefore, continuously check their schedule for any changes.

Wasa Sports Club has also chosen to give everyone the opportunity to take part in a large number of Les Mills classes, free of charge, for 2 months. See more below;
