Dance for Health is a research-based initiative to strengthen mental well-being. We focus on the joy of dancing, social connection and think about things other than the demands of everyday life.
The course can help you who have recurring problems with stress, fatigue, sleep problems, depression, anxiety, headaches or pain in the stomach/back/neck.
Warm-up, free movement, guided dance and relaxation are included in each session. We dance barefoot, but if you want to wear shoes, that’s okay. Feel free to bring socks and a warm sweater for the relaxation.
No prior knowledge is necessary. Come as you are and just dance – you are welcome!
