Join the history’s first Halloween Run for university students in Vaasa!
When? Thursday 27.10 at 17
Where? Start at Alere Novia Wolffskavägen 34-36
Goal? at the Cinemabowlingen at Handelsespelanden 18
Optional outfit – Halloween outfit (2 prizes will be drawn for the best outfit), overall or normal clothes

Monday evening starts with circuit training with Ida in the sportshall in Academill ÅAU at 4:30 p.m. At 18, Oskar takes over and holds a session of volleyball at the beginner level. Here youlearn more of the techniques in volleyball.  The session ends with playing.

Hatha Yoga in the drama-room in Academill at 19 and the evening ends with floorball at 21-22 in the Tennis Center.

Today Vaasan Yliopisto Sports Services offers the opportunity to participate in table tennis at Brändö school at 17 and basket ball in Övningsskolans högstadium at 18.

Here is session number 3 with Qigong online for this autumn.

The 7th of October we start with a three-part gym course. During the course you go through the gym’s machines, how to set up the training with free weights and in connection with the course you also get 3 training programs.

The gym-course is free for members in ÅAU Sports or Vaasa University Sport Service

I am at home with the flu, so no-one is on the office today and probably not tomorrow either.

We have now started a cooperation with Wasa Vertical. A one-time visit costs 5€ when you are a member of ÅAU Sports and if you want to become a member there, you pay 50€/month and can then participate in all the weekly hours and take part of the short courses that are arranged, at no extra cost.
