If you want to bring a fellow student, that’s ok, but they pay a small amount (ÅA, Novia and Hanken students €2, students at VY €5) Limited number of places! Monday evening starts with circuit training with Ida in the sportshall in Academill ÅAU at 4:30 p.m. At 18, Oskar takes over and holds a session of volleyball at the beginner level. Here youlearn more of the techniques in volleyball. The session ends with playing.
Hatha Yoga in the drama-room in Academill at 19 and the evening ends with floorball at 21-22 in the Tennis Center.
Today Vaasan Yliopisto Sports Services offers the opportunity to participate in table tennis at Brändö school at 17 and basket ball in Övningsskolans högstadium at 18.
