WORKOUTDAY & AFTERPARTY 28th of May 2022

Wasa Sports Club and Big Day Summer festival together with Björn Borg organize an outdoor training event in the Bigday summer festival area.

Four group training hours with a live DJ will be arranged in the area. Between training sessions, there is the opportunity to mingle, eat something and get to know our partners.

The event is completely free for anyone who wants to participate.

The first 600 participants receive a Björn Borg water bottle or a drink from Vitamin Well.

Week 18´s Qigong online

No futsal tonight due to vernissage preparations in the sportshall.

This weeks qigong online

No yoga class tonight at Monday the 25st of April.

Come and play frisbee golf. We start the spring season tomorrow, Friday 22.4 at 4pm at the frisbee golf course at the Arboretum. If you have not tried before, you are extra warmly welcome! ÅAU Sports has some loan disks.

Tonight we will practice outdoor. We will meet at Vasa Övningskola in the inneryard, same time as usually. Welcome!

This weeks Qigong

Please note that the Rugby for women will hold its training at the artificial turf area  on Kasernområdet, tomorrow evening.

This week is the Restart at Åbo Akademi University and for that reason we open up all led sessions for you who want to try out ÅAU Sports.

You can visit Wasa Sports Club – FREE – on Tuesday the 12th och April between 10-20.

As a student at Åbo Academy och member of ÅAU Sports, you can visit Vaasa Swimming Hall for free all this week. Note! Easter-closed during Friday and Sunday.
