Try out kayaking
A beginner-friendly opportunity for anyone who has never kayaked before. We’ll paddle at a calm pace so everyone can keep up, regardless of prior experience.
Requirement: You must be able to swim.

Beginner Karate Course for Adults
Starts on September 23rd and 25th, 2025
We train twice a week: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 19:00 to 20:30
Location: Academill – entrance from the alley on the Skolhusgatan side, entrance E2, 6th floor
Training is barefoot in comfortable clothing (no jewelry). Don’t forget your water bottle!

Try out at the Wasa Sports Club gym
During weeks 36 and 37, you have the opportunity to get to know Wasa Sports Club on Tuesdays and Fridays between 10 AM and 8 PM, as well as on Sundays between 4 PM and 8 PM. At the reception, just mention that you are affiliated with ÅA, Novia, or Hanken, and you can try out the gym and join any available group fitness classes.

Inhibited training at Vasa Övningsskola tomorrow
The volleyball class and futsal class is inhibited tomorrow, Wednesday the 26th of March because of other activity in the sportshall.
