Winter Holiday
The winter holiday begins today in Ostrobothnia, and with that, many of ÅAU Sports’ activities are inhibited this week. All activities in Vasa Övningsskola are inhibited this week. All yoga classes as well as Tabata & Stretch also have winter holidays.
Note that the program at Wasa Sports Club also has some changes this week.
Have a good time and take the opportunity to go out and enjoy the nice weather.
Winter activities in Ostrobothnia and Winter holiday program in Vaasa with the Wibit track in the Vaasa Swimminghall. The museums challenge you with a knowledge test and both Stundar’s and Brage’s open-air museums are open. You can check the location of ski tracks, ice rinks are found HERE, only in swedish or finnish.

ATTENTION! No Tabata & Stretch tomorrow as leader is sick. Next week is the sports holiday, so we’ll see you again the 8th of March.

Winter Bath
Now there is an opportunity for all ÅAU Sports members to try winter bath at Vasa Penguins at Sandö. Two free opportunities are offered. Limited number of places – first come, first served. It is important to cancel your registration if you are prevented, so someone in a reserve seat can come instead.

Hello to all you soccer players!
Do you think, like us, that soccer is among the best there is? Are you looking for a new football team or eager to dust off your old dojjas that have been waiting for you for far too long? Do you want to play in a team where camaraderie and having fun together is at least as important as the performances on the field? Then this could really be something for you and I recommend you keep reading!
The 2023 football season has just seen the light of day and our association ABC (Academic Ball Club) is looking for new players to strengthen our ranks with. The association is looking for players for both our men’s teams (Div.4 and Div.6) and our women’s team (Div.3).
We welcome all different types of players, young and old and experienced and inexperienced soccerplayers. In our group, you will find a place regardless of whether your goal is to bet high or just join in and enjoy everything that being part of a soccer team means. In our teams, the performance on the field is as important as enjoying a refreshing drink together in our beach sauna afterwards.
