Statistics for linguists: An introduction with R

This one-day workshop organized by Dr. Bodo Winter introduces participants to the R programming language, the tidyverse for data processing, and ggplot2 for data visualization. The workshop will also briefly introduce the linear model framework and its extensions, and we will fit a linear model to linguistic data. The workshop is open to complete newcomers of R, and no statistical background is required.
