  1. Reading your draft was very interesting, because I think that e-health will get more and more common in the future!

What I really liked about your paper are the definitions of each term in order to get an idea what they mean. I also liked the connection to children rights, because I think looking at the rights when it comes to “sensible” data like health data is always important, because they offer limits and restrictions about them.

Furthermore the influence on the children and their parents will be interesting too! Maybe you could also describe limitations what parents can see! I was thinking about teenagers who maybe don’t want their parents to know that they went to a doctor for a specific treatment. I mean doctors have to stick to professional discretion when it comes to their patients even when they are underage and when the patients’ parents can see the data the discretion becomes obsolete. So maybe this is another point of view for your paper!
Perhaps you can also include data protection in a way, because health care data are very sensible and therefore need high protection. The inclusion of the right to be forgotten is also very interesting here!

Good luck with your final paper! 🙂

  2. As Julia already said, a very interesting topic that is promising for the future. I enjoyed reading and now I am really curious, how the development will go on in the future. Some hopefully useful thoughts about the bullet points section:

“Influence on medical personnel”: You can maybe consider the influence on job elimination and influences on society. For example, the use of e-health can make a lot of receptionists losing their job. Will there be a use for receptionists in the future? And so on…

“Influence for the children & their parents”: A point you can also think about in the advantages section is the benefit of prevention that would be indicated by the use of e-health. Here, I am thinking about parents that don’t care a lot about their children or just don’t know anything about healthcare. For example, the use of a digital reminder about required injections could improve the health situation of those children a lot.

Then, I was wondering about one thing: Why did you use the term “we” when you were talking about yourself? But, maybe I just don’t know that practice. However, I really liked your structure and layout!!!

I wish you every success with your final version 🙂
