The conference registration fee includes full participation, conference materials, welcome reception, lunch and coffee during the conference. Please note that the dinner is optional and has a separate fee.
The conference fee does not cover travel and accommodation costs. Participants are required to arrange their own travels and accommodation. For suggestions, see our travel and accommodation page.
Before registering for the conference, please pay the conference fee and optional dinner fee. Both fees can be paid at the same time. When you register for the conference, you will be asked to attach a copy of your receipt of payment.
