The registration fees include attendance in the conference programme, conference materials, coffee and lunch on the conference days as indicated in the programme, Conference Reception on Wednesday, 2 May, as well as the Conference Dinner on Thursday, 3 May. Should you choose to participate in the guided tour of Turku Castle (one of the optional programme alternatives) on Friday, 4 May, an additional 15 euros will be charged.

Cancellation
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing (email) to info@aboaservices.fi before 28 February 2018. No fees will be refunded after this date. A processing fee of EUR 50 will be deducted from all refunds.

Accommodation:
When registrating for the conference, it is also possible to make the arrangements for accommodation in five hotels where there are prebooked rooms for NUAS conference participants. All hotels are within walking distance from the conference venue. You can also choose to make your own arrangements for accommodation.
The reservations will be made on “first come, first served” basis. The hotel quotas are valid until two months before the conference. After that we cannot guarantee the availability of the hotel rooms, but will assist you in finding accommodation. The hotel fees include breakfast, service and VAT. All hotel fees are payable directly to the hotels.

Reserved room will be held until 6 pm on the day of arrival. The hotel is entitled to give the room to another guest after 6 pm. If you plan to arrive after 6 p.m., kindly send your credit card information through our Secured mail system to Aboa Congress and Event Services to ensure that the room will be held until your arrival. You can fill in the information on the credit card authorisation forms (see below) and attach it to the secured email (instructions on the page 2 of the authorization form). Note that the hotel will charge your card only in case of late cancellation or no-show.

Room cancellation
A reserved room may be cancelled free of charge 2 weeks before the arrival. The hotel has the right to charge the guest for cancellations made later than 2 weeks before arrival or no-shows (except in case of illness documented with a doctor’s note).
