David Toms is a poet and historian based in Norway. His most recent book is his poetry collection Northly (Turas Press 2019). He has previously worked as a lecturer at the School of History, University College Cork and CIEE, Charles University Prague. He currently works at the Irish Embassy in Oslo.
David will hold a reading on Thursday evening as well as present in Panel 3: Travel and Diaspora – Justice and Migration.
