Syftet med projektet \u00e4r att fr\u00e4mja och utveckla personalens v\u00e4lbefinnande, f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsberedskap och arbetsprocesser. Projektgruppen best\u00e5r av sakkunniga i arbetsh\u00e4lsa, organisation och ledning, <\/span>lean<span data-contrast=\"auto\"> och servicedesign, samt social- och h\u00e4lsov\u00e5rd.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:300}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Som en del av projektet och som ett resultat av workshoppar med anst\u00e4llda i branschen har vi sammanst\u00e4llt n\u00e4tpublikationen <em>Kunskap och verktyg f\u00f6r utveckling av arbetsh\u00e4lsa inom \u00e4ldreomsorgssektorn<\/em><\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Guiden riktar sig b\u00e5de till chefer och till den \u00f6vriga personalen i alla v\u00e5rdkontexter.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> Guiden finns ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5 finska:\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs2.abo.fi\/hyvinvoivahoiva-opas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Tietoa ja ty\u00f6kaluja ty\u00f6hyvinvoinnin kehitt\u00e4miseen ik\u00e4ihmisten hoivapalveluissa<\/em><\/a>\u00a0(l\u00e4nken \u00f6ppnas i ny flik).<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Vi hoppas att guiden inspirerar, bidrar med aktuell kunskap och st\u00e4rker och bevarar personalens arbetsh\u00e4lsa och resiliens i utmanande tider.
