Konceptet kallar han f\u00f6r \u201dFika med Johan\u201d och g\u00e5r ut p\u00e5 att han sj\u00e4lv med j\u00e4mna mellanrum enskilt tar en kopp kaffe med de anst\u00e4llda. P\u00e5 detta vis har de anst\u00e4llda m\u00f6jlighet att personligen dela sina tankar med VDn och samtidigt skapar han en n\u00e4rmare relation dem emellan. VDn anser att detta b\u00e5de fr\u00e4mjer Telia Sonera och ger de anst\u00e4llda m\u00f6jligheten att p\u00e5verka. Dennelind menar att genom direkt feedback \u00e4r det l\u00e4ttare f\u00f6r honom att veta vad som b\u00f6r \u00e5tg\u00e4rdas inom f\u00f6retaget och p\u00e5 detta s\u00e4tt \u00e4r det \u00e4ven l\u00e4ttare f\u00f6r honon att utveckla personalen.\u00a0Kaffepauser med h\u00f6gsta chefen kan till och med vara mer v\u00e4rdefulla \u00e4n konsulttj\u00e4nster och dessutom betydligt billigare f\u00f6r f\u00f6retaget.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">P\u00e5 senaste tiden har jag st\u00f6tt p\u00e5 liknande tillv\u00e4gag\u00e5ngss\u00e4tt \u00e4ven p\u00e5 annat h\u00e5ll. Att skapa en personlig kontakt med de anst\u00e4llda ger en bild av att man faktiskt bryr sej om att ge tid \u00e5t de anst\u00e4llda.
