Personalen m\u00e5ste anpassas till aktuella behov, men kontinuitet m\u00e5ste f\u00f6rs\u00e4kras. Med hj\u00e4lp av noggrann planering m\u00e5ste man kunna f\u00f6rutsp\u00e5 hur behovet kommer att se ut i framtiden och g\u00f6ra n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga rekryteringar redan p\u00e5 f\u00f6rv\u00e4g, s\u00e5 att de anst\u00e4llda kan jobba med full effekt d\u00e5 deras tj\u00e4nster beh\u00f6vs mest. Dessutom f\u00e5r man inte ha f\u00f6r tunga organisationer eller s\u00e5dana organisationer som inte kan anpassa sig. Anv\u00e4ndandet av externa konsulter skall begr\u00e4nsas, men i vissa fall \u00e4r de oers\u00e4ttliga.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">F\u00f6retagslivet roterar mycket kring att t\u00e4nka ett kvartal \u00e5t g\u00e5ngen. HR strategierna borde inte planeras p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt, utan man m\u00e5ste t\u00e4nka organisationen som en pool av kompetenser, vilka kan anpassas till olika behov. Det \u00e4r viktigt att ha s\u00e5dana generalister, som kan snabbt flytta fr\u00e5n en avdelning till en annan och vara som f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkning d\u00e4r var det h\u00e4nder mest.
