De flesta m\u00e5ste byta arbeten och t\u00e4vla f\u00f6r nya arbetsm\u00f6jligheter. Konkurrens p\u00e5 den globala arbetsmarknaden \u00e4r h\u00e5rd. Man m\u00e5ste ha en bredd skala av olika kunskaper och kompetens f\u00f6r att kunna uppn\u00e5 sina m\u00e5l och dr\u00f6mmar. Arbetstagares st\u00f6d kan vara avg\u00f6rande n\u00e4r det kommer till att bygga upp en lyckad karri\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>Det har blivit allt viktigare f\u00f6r organisationerna att ha en ordentlig personalplan dvs. strategier och planer hur organisationen tar hand om sina medlemmar. Olika f\u00f6retagen har b\u00f6rjat satsa p\u00e5 sin personal med hj\u00e4lp av nya behandlingss\u00e4tt. De h\u00e4r s\u00e4ttena siktar mot att ta hand de anst\u00e4llda innan de blir sjuka eller okunniga att arbeta och att \u00f6ka delaktighetsk\u00e4nsla bland personalen.
