Hon menade att allt f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga organisationer skickar ut en kommunikation till alla anst\u00e4llda utan att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 att det knappast \u00e4r det b\u00e4sta s\u00e4ttet att tilltala de anst\u00e4llda individuellt.<\/p>\n<p>En otroligt viktig del av f\u00f6retaget \u00e4r kommunikationen och att f\u00e5 budskap runt i organisationen \u00e4r n\u00e5got som ledningen b\u00f6r t\u00e4nka p\u00e5. Till exempel ska de finnas skillnad i kommunikation till de yngre anst\u00e4llda och de som n\u00e4rmar sig pension.<\/p>\n<p>Oftast anv\u00e4nder sig organsiationer endast av samma e-mail som lednignen skickar ut \u00e5t alla och feedback av de anst\u00e4llda kommer endast via blanketter som skickas ut.<\/p>\n<p>Karen Partridge menar att audiens analys och unders\u00f6kning \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6re en kommunikaitons kampanj.
