Videon \u00e4r gjord av workforcecanada och promotar egentligen att m\u00e4nniskor ska komma till Canada och arbeta men det fanns intressanta po\u00e4nger i videon.<\/p>\n<p>De l\u00e4gger stort fokus vid att v\u00e4rlden utvecklas hela tiden och det fick mej att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 hur otroligt viktigt globalisering blir n\u00e4r det kommer till exemplevis rekrytering. Det \u00e4r nuf\u00f6rtiden vanligt att man rekryterar m\u00e4nniskor fr\u00e5n hela v\u00e4rlden. M\u00e5nga \u00e4r beredda att flytta f\u00f6r sina jobb och inom m\u00e5nga branscher \u00e4r det m\u00f6jligt att sk\u00f6ta allt arbete via internet.<\/p>\n<p>Det v\u00e4cker \u00e4ven fr\u00e5gor g\u00e4llande kompetens. Varifr\u00e5n kommer kompetensen i dagens f\u00f6retag. Det \u00e4r inte l\u00e4gre s\u00e5 att man bara tittar p\u00e5 m\u00e4nniskor fr\u00e5n samma stad eller land som ett f\u00f6retag har sin bas. Kompetensen som beh\u00f6vs kan lika g\u00e4rna sitta i en skyskrapa i Tokyo som i en stuga uppe i alperna. Det \u00e4r speciellt fallet n\u00e4r det kommer till f\u00f6retag inom it-branschen.
