Att g\u00f6ra en video kan locka fler ans\u00f6kanden. En video kan ge m\u00f6jlighet f\u00f6r f\u00f6retaget att ta fram saker som kanske inte via en annons skulle komma fram. N\u00e5got som jag noterat efter att sett en hel del rekryteringsvideon, \u00e4r att f\u00f6retagen ofta f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker f\u00e5 fram sin kultur s\u00e5 bra som m\u00f6jligt.
