Det intressantaste f\u00f6r mig just nu \u00e4r det hon skriver om rekryteringen. Traditionell rekrytering f\u00f6rutsp\u00e5s ers\u00e4ttas med bland annat sociala medier och rekommendationer och fr\u00e5gan \u00e4r om traditionell rekrytering \u00f6ver huvudtaget kommer att beh\u00f6vas i framtiden. Dessutom spekulerar hon i att CV:n skulle spela allt mindre roll och att man ist\u00e4llet skulle l\u00e4gga fokus p\u00e5 framtida prestationer.<\/p>\n<p>Jag tycker man redan en tid sett mycket rekrytering som inte \u00e4r traditionell och anser s\u00e5ledes att detta inte \u00e4r n\u00e5gon ny trend.
