Branding aims\u00a0to establish\u00a0a significant\u00a0and differentiated presence in the market\u00a0that attracts and retains loyal customers.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Jag tycker att man kan anpassa denna synvinkeln ocks\u00e5 inom HRM genom att byta produkten mot f\u00f6retaget och kunden mot anst\u00e4lld. D\u00e5 skulle branding inom HRM betyda att \u00a0ett f\u00f6retag str\u00e4var efter en unik image f\u00f6r sig sj\u00e4lv och vill vara en attraktiv arbetsgivare. Det \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r alla f\u00f6retag att vara attraktiva f\u00f6r att det \u00e4r det enda s\u00e4ttet de kan s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att tillr\u00e4ckligt m\u00e5nga och kompetenta m\u00e4nniskor vill s\u00f6ka jobb hos f\u00f6retaget och stannar en l\u00e4ngre tid. Tidigare har f\u00f6retag haft v\u00e4ldigt lite m\u00f6jligheter att p\u00e5verka deras image, det har handlat mest om pressmeddelanden och andra PR-aktiviteter. M\u00e5nga f\u00f6retag anv\u00e4nder Instagram som gratis kanal f\u00f6r att n\u00e5 sina kunder, men varf\u00f6r skulle det inte fungera ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r att n\u00e5 attraktiva anst\u00e4llda? Enligt Minna Valtari som jobbar f\u00f6r Someco passar de f\u00f6retag som har n\u00e5got visuellt att visa speciellt bra till Instagram och p\u00e5pekar att folk vill se bakom kulisserna i f\u00f6retaget.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4ldigt ofta anv\u00e4nds sociala medier f\u00f6r att locka kunder men de fungerar ocks\u00e5 som ett verktyg f\u00f6r att locka nya anst\u00e4llda. Genom sociala medier s\u00e5som f\u00f6retagsbloggar, Instagram-konton och uppdateringar i Twitter kan f\u00f6retag kommunicera sin kultur och v\u00e4rderingar vidare och kommunikationen med den externa v\u00e4rlden blir effektivare.
