Jag skulle g\u00e4rna vilja veta att varf\u00f6r prosociala bonusar har fungerat s\u00e5 bra, \u00e4ven b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n traditionella bonusar d\u00e4r man f\u00e5r spendera summan p\u00e5 sig sj\u00e4lv? \u00c4r det p\u00e5 grund av att prosociala bonusar bl.a. leder till b\u00e4ttre samh\u00f6righet p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen?
