I och med att jag jobbat p\u00e5 det &#8221;b\u00e4sta&#8221; f\u00f6retaget inom kategorin stora f\u00f6retag (2012) i Finland \u00e4r jag speciellt intresserad av hur unders\u00f6kningen g\u00f6rs och hur f\u00f6retagen ser p\u00e5 den.\u00a0F\u00f6r f\u00f6retagen \u00e4r det ju en form av branding att delta i unders\u00f6kningen och komma h\u00f6gt uppe p\u00e5 lista. Ikea, som jag d\u00e5 jobbade p\u00e5, har v\u00e4ldigt utfunderade HR strategier och bra personalf\u00f6rm\u00e5ner, men min egen erfarenhet visar att d\u00e5lig ledarskap kan leda till att arbetsplatsen inte k\u00e4nns som &#8221;Suomen paras ty\u00f6paikka&#8221;- som Ikea d\u00e5 marknadsf\u00f6rde sig med.<\/p>\n<p>http:\/\/www.greatplacetowork.fi\/best-companies\/suomen-parhaat-tyoepaikat-listat<\/p>\n<p>Vad tycker ni om unders\u00f6kningen?
