Zappos ber\u00e4knar att ungef\u00e4r 75 % av k\u00f6pare kommer tillbaka just p\u00e5 grund av att de har en s\u00e5dan unik s\u00e4tt att bem\u00f6ta kunder.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Zappos unika arbetsmilj\u00f6 f\u00f6rankarar sig i n\u00e5got som kallar f\u00f6r holocracy, vilket st\u00e5r f\u00f6r en mycket transparent syn p\u00e5 organisationer, medan fortfarande h\u00e5lla sig till en lean och agilt arbetss\u00e4tt. Man kan bra se holocracy p\u00e5 till exempel startups, men inte p\u00e5 en s\u00e5dan stor \u201cj\u00e4tte\u201d som Zappos.
