Med k\u00e4rlek menar man i detta fall inte romanser utan k\u00e4rlek i form av v\u00e4rme, generositet och omtanke bland personalen. Det har visat sig att ifall en organisation \u00e4r k\u00e4rleksfull s\u00e5 trivs personalen b\u00e4ttre och d\u00e4rmed uppn\u00e5r man \u00e4ven b\u00e4ttre resultat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Ett av tipsen som tas upp f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 en mer \u201dk\u00e4rleksfull\u201d st\u00e4mning p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen \u00e4r att personalen tr\u00e4ffas \u00e4ven utanf\u00f6r arbetsplatsen. Med min egen erfarenhet som grund s\u00e5 h\u00e5ller jag helt med om detta. D\u00e4remot finns det ofta de m\u00e4nniskor som helt enkelt v\u00e4ljer att inte delta p\u00e5 evenemang som ordnas utanf\u00f6r arbetstiden vilket i sin tur leder till att de blir lite utanf\u00f6r k\u00e4nslan av samh\u00f6righet inom organisationen. D\u00e4rmed skulle det vara viktigt att alla var medvetna om hur viktigt \u201dk\u00e4rlek\u201d p\u00e5 jobbet faktiskt \u00e4r.
