Toyota modellen bekanta jag mig med under en kurs i offentlig f\u00f6rvaltning. M\u00e5nga av oss minns \u00e4nd\u00e5 att Toyota p\u00e5 senare \u00e5r haft otroliga problem med att h\u00e5lla den standard vi har b\u00f6rjat ta f\u00f6r givet av biltillverkaren. Bl.a. Camry och Corolla modellerna hade fel som kunde f\u00e5 gaspedalen att fastna d\u00e5 den var nedtryckt, ett ganska s\u00e5 skr\u00e4mmande fel. I relation till The Toyota Way f\u00f6retagets filosofi borde dylikt aldrig f\u00e5 h\u00e4nda.
