Great Place to work-institutet presenterar vad olika f\u00f6retag g\u00f6r med tanke p\u00e5 personalutveckling.<br \/>\nH\u00e4r \u00e4r n\u00e5gra id\u00e9er jag vill plocka fram (fler hittas <a href=\"http:\/\/www.parempityoelama.fi\/parhaat-kaytannot\/kehittyminen\/\">h\u00e4r)<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8221;Skumppaa mogalle&#8221; &#8211; ha en reflekterande tillst\u00e4llning d\u00e4r man kan l\u00e4ra sig av varandra misstag.<\/li>\n<li>&#8221;Nerd moment&#8221; &#8211; vem som helst f\u00e5r dela med sig av sin kunskap och l\u00e4rdomar<\/li>\n<li>P\u00e5 Boco IP har alla 1\/2 h per dag som ska anv\u00e4ndas till att utveckla sig sj\u00e4lv (t.ex. l\u00e4sa facktidningar)<\/li>\n<li>Bokhylla med fackb\u00f6cker som man kan f\u00f6rkovra sig<\/li>\n<li>Tv\u00e5 veckor betald ledighet f\u00f6r att skriva p\u00e5 sin avhandling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sist och slutligen \u00e4r f\u00f6retag olika och alla id\u00e9er fungerar inte men n\u00e5nting av det h\u00e4r skulle kunna l\u00e5nas in och modifieras till n\u00e5got som passar f\u00f6retaget.
