Admission to courses is subject to the rules set by the Open university at Åbo Akademi University.

 

Registration
  • Please read the general information by the Open University regarding course registration and fees. The same link will also direct you to the course registration form.
  • From August 1, 2024, Åbo Akademi University will implement a pricing system for its open university courses based on the number of study credits. The pricing structure will be as follows:
    •  Basic Studies (and other introductory courses): €12 per credit.
    •  Intermediate Studies and Advanced Studies: €15 per credit.
  • Degree students at Åbo Akademi University are exempted from the course fee.
  • Registration to the courses for the academic year of 2024-2025 (autumn term courses) opens on August 12th 2024 for the early autumn courses. Link to ÅAU Open University page of Anilex courses.
  • Registration and admission is course specific. Please note that registration to each course closes approximately 7 days before the course starts. The basic courses (I-III) are prerequisites for the advanced courses (IV-IX).
