Lustigt nog \u00e4r ingendera mattradition speciellt kinesisk&#8230; men v\u00e4ldigt popul\u00e4rt!<\/p>\n<p>Hur som haver s\u00e5 tog ShanShan och Edison \u00a0med oss till en restaurang bel\u00e4gen p\u00e5 West Nanjing. I restaurangen, som var g\u00f6md ovanf\u00f6r den 28712867 v\u00e5ningar h\u00f6ga Forever21-kl\u00e4daff\u00e4ren p\u00e5 Nanjing Road, satte vi oss runt ett teppanyaki-k\u00f6k, d\u00e4r en kock uppenbarade sig efter att han avslutat sin tobak-paus. Innan kocken hann tillbaka hade dock bordet redan fyllts av en massa sm\u00e5 olika r\u00e4tter, s\u00e5 som sushi, sashimi och n\u00e5gon seafood-soppa som smakade pepparkaksdeg. Ocks\u00e5 dryckerna kom som p\u00e5 l\u00f6pande band.<\/p>\n<p>Efter vad vi kan kalla f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt, b\u00f6rjade kocken steka upp k\u00f6tt, ris och gr\u00f6nsaker p\u00e5 &#8221;grillen&#8221; framf\u00f6r oss. Vi har i sj\u00e4lva verket f\u00e5tt svara p\u00e5 fr\u00e5gan &#8221;hur kan ni \u00e4ta s\u00e5 mycket?&#8221; relativt m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger&#8230; Men vad ska man s\u00e4ga, n\u00e4r man \u00e4ntligen f\u00e5r god mat s\u00e5 passar man ju p\u00e5! Vi best\u00e4llde bland annat mera sushi, mera sashimi, mera seafood samt n\u00e5gonting som l\u00e4t som &#8221;hockyplayer&#8221;, men som i sj\u00e4lva verket visade sig vara tunga.
