Webbsökningen på Åbo Akademis exerna webb (www.abo.fi) har hittills visat kontaktuppgifter endast för anställda. Från och med nu kan också doktoranders kontaktuppgifter visas oberoende av om doktoranden är anställd vid ÅA eller ej.
Om du som doktorand vill att dina kontaktuppgifter skall gå att hitta via ÅA:s webbsök skall du:
- Logga in på selfservice.abo.fi med ditt ÅA-användarnamn och -lösenord.
- Klicka på ikonen ”Kontoinställningar” och kryssa där i rutan som visar att du ger tillstånd till att dina uppgifter visas på webben.
- Logga ut, du är klar!
OBSERVERA att webbens personuppgifter uppdateras varje natt, så ditt personkort kommer att visas dagen efter att du gett tillståndet via Selfservice.
The ÅAU site can now show contact information for doctoral students
Until now the web search at the Åbo Akademi University site (www.abo.fi) has shown contact information only for those employed by the university. From now on the site can also display contact information for all doctoral students at Åbo Akademi University.
Follow these steps if you would like your contact information to be displayed on the university web site:
- Log in at selfservice.abo.fi using your ÅAU user name and password.
- Click on the icon for ”Account settings” and tick the box to allow your person card to be shown at the university site.
- Log out, you are done!
NOTE: As contact information is uploaded only in the night, it will take until the next day for your information to be displayed on the web.
